Found a wrong number, or want a calculator that doesn't exist yet? That's the most useful thing you can send, and it's read by a person — replies usually go out within a few days.
Wrong-number reports go fastest with: which calculator, what you entered, what it showed you, and what the platform actually charged. A screenshot of the platform's own fee breakdown settles it quickest. Calculator requests are most useful when they describe a decision — "I need to know whether to list on Poshmark or Mercari" — rather than just a platform name, because the decision determines what the tool actually has to output. Corrections are applied and the page's "last updated" date changes to reflect the real edit.
